Victoria Campbell brings a wealth of clinical and operational expertise to her role as Practice Manager at Grace and Healing Psychotherapy. A Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC), Victoria has dedicated her career to supporting individuals and families navigating the challenges of substance use and mental health. Her background includes hands-on clinical work in substance use treatment, as well as extensive leadership experience as a case manager, case manager supervisor, and Director of Operations in various treatment facilities.
Victoria's unique ability to bridge clinical insight with operational excellence makes her an indispensable part of our team. She ensures that both clients and clinicians receive the support they need to thrive, overseeing the daily functions of the practice with precision, compassion, and a deep commitment to our mission.
Known affectionately as "the glue that holds us together," Victoria’s presence is felt in every aspect of our work—from the seamless coordination behind the scenes to the warm, welcoming environment she helps foster for every client who walks through our doors.
