Elizabeth Bennett-Garguilo, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC
Elizabeth is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a background spanning pediatric oncology nursing and community mental health. She earned her PMHNP degree from Seton Hall University and worked as a Registered Nurse in pediatric intensive care unit at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, where she cared not only for her young patients but for their entire families as they navigated some of the most complex and emotionally demanding moments of their lives. That experience shaped her deep commitment to whole-person care and informed her decision to pursue advanced training in psychiatric mental health.
After completing her PMHNP certification, Elizabeth practiced at a Federally Qualified Health Center, providing psychiatric evaluation and medication management to a diverse patient population, often with limited access to care. This work gave her broad clinical experience across a wide range of psychiatric conditions and a strong foundation in compassionate, accessible mental health treatment.
Elizabeth brings this combination of pediatric-honed empathy and community mental health expertise to her practice, where she is dedicated to helping patients achieve lasting emotional well-being.
