Out-of-Network (OON) Insurance

Grace & Healing Psychotherapy is an out-of-network (OON) provider. Many clients can still use their insurance benefits if their plan offers OON coverage.

Cash-pay rates for clients not using insurance:

$300.00 - 60-Minute Individual Therapy Sessions

$250.00 - 45-Minute Individual Therapy Sessions

$350.00 - 60-Minute Couples Therapy Sessions

$350.00 - 60-Minute Family Therapy Sessions

Rates for clients using insurance:

$1200.00 - 60-Minute Individual Therapy Sessions

$900.00 - 45-Minute Individual Therapy Sessions

$1100.00 - 60-Minute Couples Therapy Sessions

$1100.00 - 60-Minute Family Therapy Sessions

We Provide Courtesy Billing

We bill your insurance directly on your behalf based on an agreement we have with them.

We do not provide superbills for you to submit.

You only pay what your plan assigns to you (deductible and coinsurance).

We do not balance bill for the difference between our insurance rates and your insurance’s allowed amount.

You will never be charged more than what your insurance identifies as your responsibility.

How Costs Are Managed

Your total cost depends on three insurance factors:

1. Out-of-Network (OON) Deductible

You are responsible for your deductible amount until it is met.

2. Coinsurance

After the deductible, you pay a percentage of the plan’s allowed amount.

For example, if your plan covers 60%, you pay 40%.

3. Out-of-Pocket (OOP) Maximum

We monitor how much you have paid toward your out-of-pocket maximum.

Once your OOP maximum is reached, your plan often pays 100% of the allowed amount.

Claim Processing

We will:

1. Bill your insurance

2. Receive the Explanation of Benefits (EOB)

3. Bill you only for the portion your plan assigns to you
